Customer requests and appointments
If you contact us via the configurator, the contact form or the appointment booking, we store your details (company, name, email, optionally phone, your selection) in order to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). You'll receive an automatic confirmation by email.
Information for applicants (Art. 13 GDPR)
We use your details (name, contact, languages and level, answers to job questions, optionally CV and skills) only for the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and the Kosovo data protection law. We only add you to the talent pool with your consent, for 24 months, and you can withdraw it at any time. We never ask for money and only write from @krejton.com addresses.
Chat with the digital assistant
The assistant answers questions with the help of AI and our knowledge base. Please don't share sensitive data there. For applications the chat doesn't collect personal data, it forwards you to the application. Chat histories without a request are deleted after 90 days.
Cookies and measurement
Necessary storage (language, your cookie choice, form drafts) is always active. Everything else only runs with your consent, which you can change at any time.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Just write to us, we'll reply within one month.
