Question 1

How quickly can you start?

Accepted Answer

Within 10 working days at most. After a 30-minute call you receive a quote within 2 working days. Selecting and training the agents takes 5 to 7 working days. Then you start with a 14-day trial.

Question 2

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

We provide prices on request, because they depend on languages, volume, hours, channels and the model. After a short call you receive a written quote within 2 working days. The quickest way is the configurator “Request a team” or booking a call.

Question 3

Is there a minimum term?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the kind of agents. Human agents: you start with a 14-day trial with 1 agent, then a minimum term of 6 months applies, or 12 months on better terms. Call centre partners get a framework agreement with volume discount. The AI voice agent has no commitment and can be cancelled monthly.

Question 4

Which languages do you offer?

Accepted Answer

German, English and Italian for your customers, plus Albanian. We check other languages such as French on request. Every agent has a vetted language level, usually C1 for German.

Question 5

How do you vet the agents?

Accepted Answer

In four steps: a language interview based on the Common European Framework (CEFR), a test call with role play, a trial shift and ongoing quality checks by the team lead. Only the vetted level counts, not the self-assessment.

Question 6

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Under the GDPR, Kosovo is a third country. That's why we sign a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses with you. All agents are trained and only see what they need for their work.

Question 7

Can the agents work in our system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work in your ticketing or phone system, for example Zendesk, Freshdesk or your phone system. If you don't have one, we provide ours.

Question 8

Do you also work for call centres?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As a partner for call centres we provide extra people and languages for peaks, nights and weekends, on request under your name and in your systems. Billed by the hour under a framework agreement.

Question 9

What does the AI voice agent do?

Accepted Answer

The AI voice agent answers your phone around the clock, even with many calls at once. It answers questions, books appointments, creates tickets and hands over to a human when needed or when the caller asks. It speaks German, English, Italian and Albanian, openly introduces itself as an AI and is ready in 3 to 5 working days. More on the AI voice agent page.

Question 10

How much does the AI agent cost?

Accepted Answer

With the AI voice agent you choose between billing per minute or per call, plus a one-off setup. No base fee, cancellable monthly. We give you the price on request, within 2 working days. On the AI voice agent page a calculator shows which model suits your calls.

Question 11

Human or AI: which suits me?

Accepted Answer

Human agents suit you when calls need a personal touch: advice, sales, complaints, plus email, chat and WhatsApp. They are permanently employed in Pristina, billed by the hour, with a 6-month term after the 14-day trial. The AI agent suits many similar calls, nights, weekends or a small, fluctuating volume: per call or per minute, no commitment. Often the combination works best: the AI answers every call, and a human takes over whatever needs a personal touch.
