Applying should not cost you a whole evening. At krejton you need no login and no CV. Here you see every step, how long it takes and what you can prepare.

The five steps at a glance

There are five steps from your first click to your first working day. At each one you know what happens and when you will hear from us.

Find a job and apply

  1. Find the right jobOn the jobs page you filter by language, place of work and working hours. Each job states the language level it needs and whether it is in the office in Pristina, from home or hybrid. Nothing suitable? Then send an open application or join the talent pool.
  2. Apply in under 2 minutesThe form has three short steps: your languages with level, how we can reach you, then confirm. You also state your salary expectation per month, net or gross. A CV is optional. The confirmation arrives by email right away.

A tip on your language level: rate yourself honestly. We check it together later anyway. If you are just below what the job asks for, apply anyway.

Answer, phone call and language test

  1. Answer within 5 working daysWe get in touch by phone or WhatsApp. Every application gets an answer, even if it is not a match this time.
  2. Phone call and language testIn the first call, about 15 minutes, we get to know you and answer your questions. This is also where we talk openly about your salary. After that comes an online language test with a short test call, about 30 minutes: a conversation in the language of the job and a small role play.

How to prepare: find a quiet place and use a headset if you have one. Read the job ad once more. Think of two or three questions that matter to you, for example about shifts, working from home or your team.

If it is not a match this time, that is not the end. With your consent we add you to the talent pool. Your profile stays there for 24 months, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Before we advertise a job publicly, we check the talent pool first.

Contract and paid training

  1. Offer and trainingIf it works for both sides, you get a written offer. After signing, you start with paid training of 1 to 2 weeks, together with your team. Only then do you handle real conversations.

As a newcomer you have a dedicated mentor. Your team lead is there for you in difficult conversations. You can read how things continue after that on the careers page.

No fees, ever

krejton never asks you for money. Not for the application, not for training and not for equipment such as a headset or laptop. We only write to you from addresses ending in @krejton.com.

If someone asks you to pay something in the name of krejton, it is a fake job offer. Do not pay anything and do not share your bank details. If in doubt, ask us on WhatsApp before you reply.
